the cottage comfortably sleeps four adults.
with the main room consisting of a queen size bed and the second room has two single beds.
Sorry but our cottage is a pet free property, with the exception of service dogs.
Our estate is a working farm and therefore dogs no matter the size are not permitted to stay.
The grounds have gravel paths and are suitable for wheelchair access, but unfortunately the cottage accommodation has stairs and is therefore unsuitable for.
we do plan to have accommodation to cater for everyone in the near future.
While we provide most of the essentials for a comfortable stay, we recommend guests bring personal items such as clothing suitable for the season and a coat as the nights do get cool, sturdy shoes, phone charger, personal toiletries, any food and specific snacks or drinks they prefer, and a camera to capture the breathtaking views.
Servicing of linen, towels, and amenities is available on request for extended stays (conditions may apply).
Check in time is after 3pm - 10pm and check out time is by 10am.
We cannot guarantee mobile reception at our estate. Bombala and surrounds has very good Telstra coverage.

Unfortunately no, these areas on the estate are out of bounds to go inside.
Please feel free to explore the outside and enjoy the architecture.
There's plenty of beautiful kookaburras, From time to time there may be wildlife passing through the estate. This includes kangaroos, echidnas, wombats, possums and snakes. We highly encourage you to stay away from any wild animals as they can be unpredictable and need to be respected.
Please refrain from climbing through or over the fences. Unless it is an emergency. Please note this is a working farm.

No children under the age of 16 are permitted to stay due to the historical nature of the property and the presence of uneven grounds, antiques and infrastructure that do not meet modern child-safety standards.

The cottage doesn't have an oven, but There's a microwave, toaster, kettle and BBQ on the front verandah.
